Cecilia initially studied and graduated in psychology in her native country of Peru. After immigrating to the USA, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, and then successfully completed AMO Academy's required training and evaluation and was awarded the title of Master Clinical Hypnotherapist certificate. Cecilia graduated with her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on clinical counseling at Capella University.  She believes Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) has one of the longest development trajectories and is one of the most interesting psychotherapeutic approaches. She also believes all human beings are the same in many aspects, but each person is unique in expressing their feelings, experiences and emotions, which is why she believes in focusing on guiding the client to find the root cause of mental difficulties, and thus mutually work to recognize their weaknesses and strengths, learning new habits and adapting them to their daily lives.
