Biofeedback is a technique you can use to learn to control some of your body's functions, such as heart rate, sweat.  during a biofeedback session, you're connected to electrical sensors that help you receive information about your body. 

 

This feedback helps you learn how your body responds towards a stimuli. Then you will learn to make changes to relax your body and body functions to achieve desirable, manageable responses. 

 

Biofeedback gives you the ability to practice new ways to control your body, often to improve your health condition, physical and mental performance.
