Tara Flack
MS Student of Clinical Mental Health Counseling

Tara is a counseling intern currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at University of Phoenix. Under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor, Tara provides individual and family counseling services as part of her clinical training. Tara's approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, behavioral challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
Tara is especially passionate about working with adolescents, families, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Tara is committed to fostering a safe space for all clients and approach each session with cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and empathy. Tara believes that every person has the capacity for growth, and she is honored to be part of that journey with her clients.


Teri Abler BA Music, BS Psychology, MM Music Performance

​For the past 20 years Teri has worked as a freelance violinist and private music instructor, so
listening and forming a helping alliance with others is in her nature. She holds a B.A. in music and a B.S. in psychology from Lawrence University and a M.M. in music performance from the
University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Currently, Teri is pursuing a M.S. in clinical mental
health counseling at Liberty University. In the counseling environment, Teri strives to help clients with self-empowerment, self-actualization, and a happier fulfilling life.

No matter what brings you to therapy, Teri is committed to help you reach
your goals. Teri uses person-centered approach to ensure all sessions are tailored to the needs of her clients. Anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, and identity and mood disorders have been
specific realms of focus for Teri. Teri has particular interest in narrative therapy, and she promotes psychoeducation; for Teri, learning and understanding opens a world of possibilities. Also, Teri uses art therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
Zachary Mauldin BS Psychology , Army Veteran

Zachary is a veteran of the Army. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville, Georgia with a double focus in developmental and educational psychology. Zachary is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. Zachary passion is in the treatment of family dynamics and alcohol and substance use disorders, combined with dual diagnosis (comorbidities) of early childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Zachary takes a trauma-informed approach to my treatment plans with a primary interest in attachment and existential theories. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) can be expected during our ascension through therapy.
